Cyviz AS – Annual general meeting May 27, 2021
The Annual general meeting of Cyviz AS will be held on May 27, 2021. Due to the Covid-19 situation and to follow the authorities’ current guidelines and regulations, the general meeting will only be held digitally. It will not be possible to vote during the general meeting, all shareholders are therefore encouraged to vote in advance by granting a power of attorney to the chairman of the board in advance of the general meeting.
