Senior Account Manager - Dubai, UAE

Cyviz Middle East is strengthening the sales team in Dubai with a Senior Account Manager. The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding Cyviz’ market position in the Middle East markets.

If you are passionate about how technology can help people perform better, ambitious in your approach and confident at selling technology solutions, we are looking for you. Experience with collaboration and unified communication platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.

You must adopt a consultative sales approach and have experience from presenting and facilitating strategic discussions with C-level executives. The ability to manage all sales processes involving channel partners and end-customers is essential.

The position will be based at the Cyviz’ Customer Experience Center in Dubai.



  • Create a clear and compelling growth strategy for Cyviz products in assigned territory, to include white space analysis, prospect identification and prioritization, competitor displacement, value propositions and sales tactics
  • Liaise with engineering pre-sale teams to ensure required support for technical questions, sales demos and evaluations
  • Identify and prioritise key opportunities throughout the region
  • Build compelling value arguments, working closely with Technical, Operations and Product Management
  • Deliver convincing end-user demos, pitches, presentations and proposals
  • Monitor performance-to-plan sector-wise and geographically throughout the execution year and adjusting direction, focus and sales initiatives as needed to deliver volume commitments
  • Understanding Cyviz customer’s needs and challenges, including the strategies of competitors
  • Ensure customer feedback is passed on to Product management when relevant
  • Giving the highest priority to customer satisfaction by maintaining effective interpersonal relationships with and listening to customers
  • Collaborating with local fulfilment partners in assigned territories to ensure proposal and project success

.NET Software Developer - Vestfold, Norway


Cyviz is looking for a full-time passionate .NET Software developer to contribute to software components for its Easy Platform.

Cyviz Easy Platform is a configurable and upgradable control system for meetings rooms, collaboration spaces and control rooms. We control most aspects of a collaboration space, for example video processors, video conferencing, projectors and lighting. The Easy Platform consists of multiple applications running on desktop, web and embedded.  

We have opened an office in Vestfold Innovation Park and are looking for a Developer to join our Lead Developer at this location.


Technology experience required:

  • .NET framework – C# – Visual studio
  • Threading / Sockets – Ability to understand what is occurring under the hood
  • Windows desktop programming using Windows Presentation Framework (WPF)
  • GIT
  • Web services – Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) / REST / SOAP
  • 24/7 desktop application development is nice though not required



  • Write high quality software for the Easy Platform
  • Evaluate APIs and develop native integration towards third party equipment
  • Provide recommendations and ideas for system improvements
  • Review software and systems documentation
  • Perform bug fixes and enhance the existing code base

Technical Sales Engineer - London


As a technical sales engineer, you’ll use your technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to support our sales teams.

Our technical sales engineers work in close cooperation with the Cyviz sales and technology teams to convey our unique selling points and value propositions. It is of high importance that Cyviz Technical Sales Engineers understand our customers business objectives and relate these to the strengths of the Cyviz offering.

The role of Technical Sales Engineer is of great importance for the further development and success of Cyviz. It is a position with a broad scope and impact on our growing European Sales team. The position will be based out of our London Experience Centre near Tower Hill.


  • Assist in the search for new clients who might benefit from Cyviz solutions
  • Provide pre-sale support
  • Engage in preparation to customer meetings
  • Participate in customer meetings and present technical solutions and address technical questions
  • Create and present conceptual ideas to customers. Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team
  • Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs
  • Liaise with other members of the sales team and other Cyviz technical experts
  • Help in the design of custom-made solutions
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements
