Systems Engineer - Sandnes, Norway

The primary responsibilities include installation, configuration and commissioning of company’s meeting, visualization, collaboration and command and control system solutions (“AV solutions”). Furthermore, the Systems Engineer is responsible for the preventive maintenance of the company’s experience centers (CEC’s), to ensure uninterrupted operation.

The Systems Engineer will also act as a support resource and cooperate closely with the global support team based in Scotland.


  • Installation of Cyviz AV solutions in Norway and abroad, including but not limited to;
  • Installation and configuration of Cyviz Video Processors, Control System and Server software setup
  • Installation of LCD panel and LED solutions, projectors and AV equipment
  • Installation and support of Video Conferencing Solutions including Audio Systems
  • Support, service and maintenance of Cyviz CEC and installations at customer sites
  • Conduct site surveys, evaluate customer’s needs and report back to sales/operation
  • Communicate with customers, partners, entrepreneurs, architects etc. when needed
  • Provide technical sales support as required
  • Participate and contribute in customer meetings when needed
  • Provide customer training
  • Subject to experience and education, act as a team leader for Company’s installation team
  • Submit daily job reports and other project documentation through company’s ERP system



  • Technical education is required (IT, electro/electronics/automation),
  • Skilled worker certificate is an advantage

.NET Software Developer - Vestfold, Norway


Cyviz is looking for a full-time passionate .NET Software developer to contribute to software components for its Easy Platform.

Cyviz Easy Platform is a configurable and upgradable control system for meetings rooms, collaboration spaces and control rooms. We control most aspects of a collaboration space, for example video processors, video conferencing, projectors and lighting. The Easy Platform consists of multiple applications running on desktop, web and embedded.  

We have opened an office in Vestfold Innovation Park and are looking for a Developer to join our Lead Developer at this location.


Technology experience required:

  • .NET framework – C# – Visual studio
  • Threading / Sockets – Ability to understand what is occurring under the hood
  • Windows desktop programming using Windows Presentation Framework (WPF)
  • GIT
  • Web services – Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) / REST / SOAP
  • 24/7 desktop application development is nice though not required



  • Write high quality software for the Easy Platform
  • Evaluate APIs and develop native integration towards third party equipment
  • Provide recommendations and ideas for system improvements
  • Review software and systems documentation
  • Perform bug fixes and enhance the existing code base
  • Provide sales support to Cyviz’ sales team

AV Installation Technician - Systems Engineer: Atlanta, US


Cyviz is looking for a motivated AV Installation Technician (System Engineer) to work out of our Atlanta Cyviz Experience Center. The position will work closely with the US project management and operations teams, installing and supporting Cyviz solutions to our customers in the US. Cyviz is an innovative technology company and this is a great opportunity to join our rapidly growing, entrepreneurial and successful team in North America.

We are looking for an experienced AV Installation Technician (Systems Engineer) who is a motivated self- starter with a positive and professional attitude. The position requires travel (up to 60%) throughout the US.

 Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Installation, configuration, and integration of Cyviz Visualization Solutions. Installation of AV systems including displays (LCD, LED, Projection), room control system, video processing, video conferencing codecs, video matrix, audio DSP, rack mounting/cable wiring and network IP configuration.
  • Ability to be work independently and manage Cyviz subcontractors on-site and coordinate with customer/partner resources.
  • Conduct onsite user training to customers on the operation of installed systems.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine, with the Sales Staff, the best solution for the client’s space and the requirements of doing a Cyviz installation in that space.
  • Conduct maintenance service visits at client’s site to upgrade systems to the latest firmware/software and ensuring optional configuration of audio, video, and IT systems.
  • Maintain the technology in the Cyviz Experience Center (CEC) to ensure the facility is running smoothly from a technical perspective and provide support as needed for customer demonstrations. This includes updating the equipment’s firmware and suggesting changes to make the center run more efficiently.
  • Provide technical support to include set up, tear down, and troubleshooting Cyviz equipment at tradeshows.
  • Provide technical training to Cyviz partners and end users.
  • Provide customers technical support via phone, video conference, or in person.



  • 10 solid years of onsite AV system installation, support and troubleshooting of AV / IT solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of AV system integration and IT networking.
  • Knowledge of room control systems (Cyviz, Crestron, AMX), audio DSP (Clearone, Biamp, BSS), video matrix (Lightware, Extron, ThinkLogical, Evertz).
  • Working knowledge of videoconferencing (Cisco, Poly).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a project onsite to complete the project in allotted time.
  • CTS Certification Desired.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
  • Ability to read and understand AV wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Ability to work with AV integrators as partners and maintain a good working relationship with partners and clients.
  • Detail oriented and ability to maintain a neat work area at a jobsite.

Cyviz are expanding their operations in Singapore and are looking for a dynamic marketing lead to join their global marketing operation and support the GTM sales teams in APAC & ME.

In this role you will have responsibility for all regional marketing activity with a core focus on lead generation and nurturing campaigns targeting senior decision makers within large enterprises and selected vertical markets. Also delivering targeted digital marketing initiatives and regional marketing programs to build our market footprint, working closely with local sales leaders to develop plans and deliver awareness and leads utilising all channels including PR, social media, third party media, exhibitions, and events.

The Regional Marketing Lead will be an individual contributor, reporting to the Global Marketing Manager and be a member of the Global Marketing Team.
