Easy access to support during working hours. Information pertaining to the issue, such as steps taken to troubleshoot and resolve your problems provided from our helpdesk within 4 hours.

Extended

With Extended support services you have access to software maintenance and support services, including corrections, updates and enhancements to the software at any time of day or night, all year round.

Premium

Premium is built on the Extended support services with additional onsite technical support within 48 hours. We will also provide a dedicated support team supplying you with custom service tailored for your needs.
