Cyviz is digitally transforming Microsoft Envisioning Theaters as part of a global roll-out program. Microsoft has chosen to standardize on Cyviz technology to transform the Microsoft Envisioning Theaters which are the marquis customer experience spaces in Microsoft Technology Centers (MTCs) and their Redmond Briefing Center.

What’s new in Cyviz powered Microsoft Technology Centers (MTCs)?

The MTCs are collaborative environments that provide access to the latest innovative technologies enabling Microsoft customers and partners to envision, design, and experience products. Every room requires custom programming to connect and control room-specific AV, IT, BMS, and IoT components. Traditionally these are complex systems that demand financial expenditure to deliver enhanced training in addition to component and installation costs for maintenance, updates, and upgrades.

For Microsoft, as with many businesses, managing multiple vendors, supporting hybrid meetings, and achieving standardization were the key considerations when looking at 45 of its MTCs. Located across the globe, delivering a fully integrated and connected estate with a consistent user experience was central to the project.
