Challenge

DeKalb’s leadership team faced limitations with outdated AV systems and lacked a single space where cross-department discussions could take place efficiently. Meetings were often delayed due to technical setup or connectivity issues, and there was no centralized way to coordinate during time-sensitive events such as storms, infrastructure failures, or public health incidents. The county needed a purpose-built room where executives could meet in person or remotely, access live data, and make timely decisions with confidence.

Solution
