Cyviz AS publishes its financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025 today, reporting revenue of NOK 203.7 million and EBITDA of NOK 21.1 million.
Revenue and activity levels in the fourth quarter were supported by solid execution in several regions and increased service activity. Order intake in the quarter amounted to NOK 152.1 million, and order backlog at year-end was NOK 376.2 million, providing a sound basis entering 2026.
A key development during 2025 was continued progress in Cyviz’ transition towards a more scalable and predictable business model based on software, services, and recurring revenue. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) reached NOK 65.8 million in the fourth quarter, representing a year-on-year increase of 34.5%.
During the year, Cyviz further operationalized this strategy. Two of the company’s largest global customers were migrated to the Cyviz Software Management Platform in the fourth quarter, and by year-end the company had signed 30 partners globally related to the platform, enabling increased scale through the partner channel.
Market activity during the quarter and throughout the year included strategically important contract wins within defense, energy, and the public sector across Europe, North America, and the Middle East, supporting Cyviz’ position in complex, mission-critical collaboration and control environments.
For the full year 2025, EBITDA amounted to NOK 22.1 million, impacted by the postponement of two larger projects in the Middle East now expected to be delivered in 2026 and early 2027, as well as continued investments in product development and organizational capabilities.
