Software maintenance

Software maintenance ensures access to the latest software versions including new features and capabilities, bug fixes and error corrections, and optimization. The software maintenance services also include maintenance and compliance with API’s and other devices. The software distribution model of the Cyviz Easy Server enables upgrades of Cyviz Easy Controllers remotely and with the ability to schedule at off-peak hours to minimize downtime.

Remote Preventive maintenance

We provide regular health checks of your solutions to mitigate any outages or issues. It entails the reviewing of current configurations and iterations required, software versions and upgrades. It also includes reviewing the status of API’s and the overall health status of equipment. It may also cover projectors and panels checks, if applicable.

Remote support

Cyviz Remote support gives you access to remote assistance from the Global Support team, via phone, email or your preferred digital channel. It includes remote diagnosing of operational issues, configurations or functionality.
